Rankings are just numbers --they don't matter. But it did fire us up to know that they were ranked higher than us. I'm not going to lie. To know that we were able to pull it off is a great feeling, something you can't put into words.

The main thing I learned from him was the way he was able to lead the team. It was unbelievable. He led by example and by what he said, but most of the time by example.

I think he deserves it, totally. He's a great coach. Without him, there's no way we would have gotten anywhere. The way he pulled us together was awesome.
