It's all about athletes, especially with girls. If you can get an athlete out there that can just transfer ability, be coordinated and understand and do the mechanics and the techniques, you'll be OK. And they learn it really quick. This year I had 20 freshmen girls and I could have kept 20, that's how into the game they are.

We've proven ourselves, we've proven that we can compete with the locals. Now we've got to go beyond that. We'll see.
