I just said, 'Welcome back, good luck'. You don't need to say too much to him. Don't let him think, just let him play instinctively. He's just a positive guy with an innate love of footy. And having him in a team environment, guys just feed off his enthusiasm.

We took care of some monkeys on the back last year by winning in Canberra and beating the Reds (both firsts in Super 12) but there's a gorilla for us in Brisbane.

He's so self-deprecating it's unbelievable. So it's great to see him go out the way he wanted, and to do it for family reasons is the real mark of the guy. He's played professional rugby for 10 years and the game doesn't define him. He doesn't need rugby.
