My grandfather helps me with my game and everything else, ... He helps me with so many things, and he's always with me. It's been wonderful.

When I hit it, some guy standing behind me was like, 'Oh, go in, go in,' and it was just taking off. It was exciting.

It's nice, I guess. I like the attention, and I like people coming out to watch me play. There's not as much attention on me as Michelle would have gotten if she was here, but hey.

I've got to go low tomorrow just to make the cut and stay in the tournament.

I couldn't putt and I made a couple of mistakes, ... In qualifying, you're just trying to survive; do nothing that can kill you and make birdies where available.

There's a lot of competitiveness, especially from my Mom, ... I know she'd be proud of me. And it's not just golf. I'm competitive in everything, card games or whatever.

That's just some part of the mind-set when you play match play. When a player hits a good shot, and you're hitting second, you want to get it even closer -- as if their shot isn't as good anymore. So I just wanted to put it inside of her and halve the hole with a birdie, but I just got a little lucky.

It's exciting to come up with the other younger players, ... We're very well trained to where we know what we're doing at a young age. I think we can help the LPGA make quite a splash the next few years.

Granted, the age limit is a good thing. You can't just let anybody play, but if you have a handful of players who have the ability and resources, they should be allowed a chance.
