It definitely was a chance to show us where we're at offensively, defensively and conditioning-wise. And it was a chance to experiment with some things we wouldn't have an opportunity to try in league.

I think it's a strong opportunity for team bonding, a chance to get away, away from the friendly confines (of home) and just be with your group and not have too many distractions.
