What will the penalties be?

There isn't a contract as I understand it in place. What there is is an application.

BMS has the most favorable terms.

They are very cooperative. They came back with some alternatives. Still, I have more favorable terms from BMS - their premiums are less, there are more protections in place.

As far as the employees are concerned, the question is what will it cost and what will the benefits be.

Blue Cross - they are the 800-pound gorilla of the insurance industry, they are able to get significant discounts.

It is something that can't be done overnight.
