This is kind of positive from where we are. We will continue to look at the numbers, try to reduce the numbers through attrition and looking at ways to save money.

If we thought we would have a problem in terms of security, we would never do that. We felt it was not a problem. But at the secondary level, we (still) have people there. We talked to the principals and they concurred that if they had to release some position, they could forego that so not to impact the classroom.

We're spending at a level not supported by the tax base.

We understand the frustration of the folks. I don't think all of the residents understood the enormity of the problem. We're looking at the possibility of running out of money in March.
