It taught me a lot about how much determination I had in me. It was easy to keep rehabbing because there were so many things I had to accomplish.

I'm not going to lie. I was starting to wonder if it was ever going to get better. If I kept going, there was a possibility of tearing it (rotator cuff). I was definitely scared if I tried too hard, there was a chance I would have to have surgery and never swim again.
