I'd say the bigger question is, how many more hits can our region take?

The good news is that it is bringing a wonderful group of new employees downtown. And what we're seeing both in terms of regional and national trends is that the health care-related industries are growing and are expected to grow in the future.

Premier Health Partners continues to grow rapidly (downtown) and we hope to have more.

It's not like downtown is doing horrible but everything around us is doing great. I mean, they're vacant in Centerville and Beavercreek and other places and north of town at the same level we're vacant. So it's a regional problem, it's not just downtown.

One of the strengths we're seeing in terms of our downtown community is growth in health care-related industry.

We're very disappointed with the decision. While we are disappointed, we are not surprised.

The number of jobs (in downtown) has remained flat for the past three years.
