Our kids were incredible tonight. I never thought we'd beat a great Tremont like that after losing to them by 24 points.

We're content to move the ball. It was Logan first, then Melvin took over.

We got lucky, but we're better than (what we showed). We didn't play our best basketball, but Roanoke had a lot to do with that.

It's just going to be a fabulous sectional. It has to be the toughest and best in the state. You have to give a little bit of a nod to Central Catholic because they're playing so well and they have such powerful weapons. But I really think anybody could win it.

The first order of business for us is to take care of the basketball. They're quick and they overplay the passing lanes. We have to have fewer than 10 turnovers in this game to be competitive, and we have to hone in on those two players and not let them beat us.

This has to be the toughest sectional in the state. If people want to see great Class A basketball, this is the place to be. I believe the field is wide-open. Any one of the four could win it. ... But I like our chances, playing on our home court and the fact that we're jelling as a team right now.

I won't lie. That game motivated us.

Our goal and our focus was to get back home.

When a team gets into a slump, it seems everyone does. Fortunately, Jake and Jordan stepped up.
