They obviously scored the highest. There was no favoritism shown to any of these companies.
Obviously, the machines are big and fancy and there are bells and whistles. But they're just a fancy way of dispensing tickets.
This is just the first step in the process. Lots of folks will be voicing their opinions.
We will proceed with the release of the information minus those two companies' records until a judge can rule on their request and determine the status of the legal action.
In most instances, the retail location doesn't own the equipment that's operating there. That's owned by a retail operator and there are private contracts between those companies.
To the best of my knowledge, they have not requested this information of the lottery until today. We have been providing whatever they've asked.
