I mean, they either need to change the Noah Wyle character (Wyle plays Dr. John Carter) so he becomes more of a heartthrob and less of a kid and more of a man, or they need to bring somebody in -- transplant a heartthrob to 'ER.' I think they need it.

He was one of the few people from SNL who realized that ensemble was the way for him to go. He never tried to break into major movie roles ... he really understood that this was his strength. He was a strong ensemble player, and really an original.
