Frankly, I don't think they've worked members very much, and then all of the sudden we get an ultimatum. It just doesn't feel to me like there's been enough groundwork done.

He's touching 98 (mph) in the first inning and didn't really back off at all. Great job.

And her comment back was 'That doesn't surprise me. I hadn't planned to be the face of the campaign, but I'm going to talk about it.' And they said, 'That's what we want, governor,'.

The bottom line is that this guy doesn't belong in this league. Anyone you refer to as 'Mister' belongs in the big leagues. I think he's going to be ready for whenever the Twins want him.

Probably the biggest hit he's had all year. These guys kept plugging and Gautreau really put life into us.

We're constantly behind in the count with him. We're allowing a guy with his kind of power and hitting ability to hit in a 2-1 count every time he goes to the plate. Shoot, I wish I could hit in his counts. We have to get him to offer at some quality pitches.

I don't know if it's soup yet.

He's as good as it gets in this league, ... There's too much to like. And I'm not just talking about what he does on the mound. He's got unbelievable makeup as well. I think he's learned a lot this season, and he has a plan for attacking hitters that I think sets him apart from the rest of the pack.

There is a little bit of trepidation about getting into those kind of operations.
