The Centers for Disease Control have suggested we aim for 10,000 steps every day to see health benefits, but most Americans only get around 5,000 a day.

Part of it is the fact that we are getting tired of the bum rap we're getting in Fort Wayne – the fat city, the dumb city – we want to change our culture to be a more health-conscious city.
