"Mark Ronald Wells" is a retired United States/American ice hockey forward (ice hockey)/forward. He is best known for being a member of the Miracle on Ice/1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team.

This situation could have gotten much worse. It did not because our staff followed the (emergency) plan in place.

It's when they knowingly and willfully don't do what we ask them to do and the horses actually start to fall down and die, that's when we treat it like a criminal case.
