There were some good moments. It's hard to gauge it before seeing the film. Our emphasis just like last year has been ball security and to eliminate pre-snap penalties, and we have five of those today.

He's having a great spring. He went through the fall on the scout team, and now he's learning our offense and has done an outstanding job.

That was the main thing, to get out of there without any injuries.

I was pleased with the effort and the execution improved from the previous scrimmage. The penalties were drastically reduced and the mental mistakes were reduced.

Give Illinois State credit. They did a good job. Over the course of time we'll be able to tell more.

They can (wonder). They can.

Very inconsistent. He made some good plays and some really good reads, but then there were times he should have thrown the ball away.

The fall camp is over. School has started we'll go into our normal routine.

No poker face. They keys for us are just like always n ball security, avoid mental mistakes and be physical on the offensive side.
