"Mark Daniels", is an American businessman primarily in the aviation defense industry. He is the founder and CEO of AeroGroup, a government contractor that trains F-16 pilots for the Dutch, Belgian and Italian Air Forces. Daniels lead the effort for the purchase of F-16 aircraft from the Dutch Government, as the first time a civilian and commercial company had been able to achieve a contract for use of F-16 aircraft for such training purposes. More recently, Daniels heads up civilian contracted operations of surrogate UAV (RPA) aircraft for special programs in support of U.S. Army special programs.

I am not unduly worried about the sale, and we are comfortable with the stock.
