You have to be able to weather the storm. We weathered it, but then it started raining again. Then it started snowing. Then it started hailing.

This is our team. Our chemistry is good right now, even though we took a couple losses.

He just told me (before leaving), 'Just run the team, make stuff easy, and let's get this victory.

It felt really good to win and it was really a team effort. I hope we can get a couple of wins in a row. The bench has to bring it every night and if the first team's adrenaline isn't rushing the second unit needs to get in there and pick up the slack.

While I'm young right now I can still get taught a lot. Just get in and do the extra stuff like watch film with coaches. So if that's what I have to do, I'm willing to do it.

It's a lot of teaching, a lot of bonding from Kevin (Garnett) and the other guys on the team. Today was really like the first day of practice. It made it really fun.

I look at it like I've been playing basketball for about 18, 19 years. I think every basketball situation is the same. Either you're going to hit the shot, or you're going to make the pass or you're going to get the defensive stop. Basically, this is a whole other level and it's all about repetition.

I'm pretty sure they knew what they were doing when they got me.

I'm a basketball player. I understand this is a business.
