In the old days, if you wanted to go rallying you had to be in a Ford. We're trying to recreate that so that, in the future, if you want to get started in rallying, then your first choice should be a Ford. The engineers have done a lot of work with the Group N car in particular to make it fun and easy to drive.
It was an incredible performance. It's been very difficult for Marcus - it's totally out of character for him to just control his pace and though he was happy, I'm sure he didn't enjoy the driving. You haven't seen the best of the combination of Marcus and the car yet.
I have to say we're very encouraged by our performance. Marcus is very happy with the car and was giving us positive feedback after the first two or three runs. The idea of this test was to find out where we were on asphalt pace and get ideas for the test after the New Year. We're happy with how things have gone.
Within 30 days, if everything goes as planned, we should be ready for an announcement. It?s a name everybody is familiar with.
We?re in contact with three national movie chains. One of our goals is to put a movie theater on the eastern side of the property. It?s a high priority goal.
It appears that this was a very violent accident indeed.
We don't have the time to make repairs and there is no way the car could compete.
It's there for everybody to see on this rally. Marcus has won the way he wants to win and for the team, we were leading from SS1.
