The county will continue the same precautionary measures we've done right from the start. From the county's perspective, we will continue to work with these contractors because we've had an excellent relationship with them.

They've agreed to negotiate, which is a step forward.

To the extent we can get the project back on track, we want to do that. But we're not going to get the project back on line until we can get the information the contractors want and that we want for our own employees.

We want the hospital to continue to look diligently for cost-saving measures.

There's no doubt that it will create some stress in the work environment.

We're doing very well with the third-largest bargaining unit.
