There isn't enough money in the state's budget to bring the whole building up to current code. And if we're going to use the tax credits, we have to renovate the whole building.

We'll have to decide if they really want to be there, then they will have to convince people they really want to stay there. That's a whole different positive type atmosphere, both within the facility and for the surrounding neighborhood.

Right now we have a seven-month wait for uninsured men. I guess that will go to a year.

What we need is people who agree to sell and workable zoning and some local government encouragement.

We certainly don't agree with the executive amendment.

These prospective locations are farther from homes than the locations in the past. We're very sensitive to that concern.
