Higher fences and more security guards aren't going to be enough to stop a deliberate or accidental release of dangerous chemicals. Texas has the most to gain and the most to lose.

Already the three that they've proposed are going to cause serious air pollution problems for Texas. Eight more is breaking the bank for air quality. It is a major step in the wrong direction.

It is time for our elected officials to invest in Texas' natural heritage and to provide the planning and resources we need to preserve Texas for future generations.
