"Lucas Edward Neill" is a former Australian professional Association football/footballer who last played for Watford F.C./Watford. Neill played as a Defender (association football)/defender, often playing as a centre back as well as a Defender (association football)#Full back/full back. Neill spent almost 15 years of his career playing in England. He represented Australia at the 2006 FIFA World Cup, the 2007 AFC Asian Cup, the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, and also the 2011 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar. On 6 October 2006 he was named the 50th captain of the Australia national football team/Australian national team. He also played for Millwall F.C./Millwall, Blackburn Rovers F.C./Blackburn Rovers, West Ham United F.C./West Ham United, Everton F.C./Everton, Galatasaray S.K. I think the World Cup is the priority now, it doesn't matter about the money. I think whether it be a hundred dollars or a million dollars, I think the big prize is getting to the World Cup and all the rewards will come from that, both financially, and as a personal success.
