We had access to it yesterday, and now it's flooded, so we're going to get a boat and row our way in there. That's our focus right now, the areas we can get to.

We are working our way north with the repair of our high-voltage transmission system.

Technology at our call centers is much better suited to handle outage calls. We don't want to create more difficulties for people.

We continue to make progress working on the system.

Then comes the issue of the distribution circuits, the circuits that affect customers. But once the substations are energized, we can do the same with the individual circuits.

The peak outages hit between midnight Saturday and early Sunday morning.

Access has been horrible and we continue to have that issue before us.

We have taken care of all the hazard calls in regard to wires down. Those have all been assessed. We know where they are. This will speed distribution repairs going forward.
