We think that the time that he has spent building this program, at this point we've got to have some trust on each side. If a major major comes knocking at the door ... my philosophy is the first guy who calls (asking to discuss a job with) Will, we'll let him know that we've been contacted and if he says he wants to talk, then we allow him to. That's in the best interest of both sides.

Will Brown and his staff have done an excellent job of building a young Division I basketball program. The team accomplished many historical things this season. The foundation has been laid for the program to be successful for years to come, something that our students, alumni and fans can enjoy with great pride.

Now with limited experience, I had to work very closely with him to make sure all those things were implemented and we moved forward in the appropriate direction. But he's passionate about the game. He's lived it and breathed it all his life.
