We had to randomly distribute the students overloaded in that school into their second choice. That's the 30 students or so who got their second choice.

If we only have 18 appeals, then that's pretty good.

Many of the folks who came also filled out the form. That is a good sign. It means that people got the information they needed at the fair to make their choices.

That was the first opportunity to sit down and do forecasting about what the specific classes the child will take, look at the transcript and just get a nice early contact. It seemed to me to be pretty well attended. A lot of parents have now met with somebody from their school.

It was our goal for 100 percent of students to get their first or second choice, and that happened -- of the students who turned in their forms. I was pretty confident that it would happen because of the work we had done beforehand with surveys.
