Chemo is chemo, but it wasn't the kind that just knocked you on your butt.
As to any decision it's premature at this point. I'll just take it one day at a time.

U.S. stocks are cheap and will make up the gap in performance with other markets around the world.
Finding out what a community will enjoy, will support and get behind takes expertise. These people will be able to provide a better, more organized plan than we could've come up with.
Once the equity market sees the end of the economic cycle isn't too far away, people will be more comfortable buying stocks. The market will probably retrace a lot of its lost ground. I think there will be a December rally that will carry through first and second quarters of next year.

I know we want to keep downtown tuned into it. We want the restaurants and the shops and the downtown to benefit as well.
