"Lawrence "Larry" Page" is an American computer scientist and internet entrepreneur, who is the CEO and cofounder of Google Inc., alongside Sergey Brin. Page is the inventor of PageRank, Google's most well-known search ranking algorithm.

Page was CEO of Google from the company's founding in 1998 until 2001, and then became the President of Products from 2001 to 2011. He is a board member of the X Prize Foundation and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2004. Page received the Marconi Prize in 2004.
