It's been an adjustment. I'm learning everyday I play.
We wanted to show everyone that the distance program is back at Texas. This is our big home meet so we felt like we had to win at least one of these relays.
Because when he came to the team no one knew who he was, and then when the season began he started tearing the cover off of the ball. He's becoming a local legend.
I can't believe they stopped them five times inside the 30 after the turnovers in the first half. They won the game for us.
Things are starting to go our way. Finally it seems like (the opponents) are making the errors instead of us. And we're starting to hit the ball a lot better too.
This is a momentum-builder, and we are getting our respect back.
Leaders step up when you need them the most, and he certainly did that tonight.
We just haven't been able to put together the hits yet. We have solid hitters that are more than capable of turning it around.
It's all about riding. Everyone wants to know if it's hard. 'How do you do that?' You don't just learn it overnight. You don't learn how to ride a bike overnight. It took me some time to ride this, but it was worth it.
