The wireless handset market is getting better so there is opportunity for Intel to see some growth.

This is the culmination of things that started a while ago. There has been inventory building in the channel, and they have been losing market share the last few quarters, and it is starting to come to a head. This is not a sign of weakness in the market.

It looks like AMD is taking share across all segments.

The lawsuit could lead to additional exposure to AMD for investors and customers.

Between PCs and handsets you've got about 35 percent of total semiconductor consumption. This is going to impact everybody in the chip sector. Nobody is outside the scope of slowing growth in those two markets.
