We're on a bit of a spike from December until now, with the fatal accidents.

State Route 160 is not a new problem with the Highway Patrol. It's been our deadliest beat for the last three or four years, at least. This is an attempt on cutting down on the accident-causing violations.

For some reason he had drifted across the southbound lane and into the dirt shoulder on the other side of the road before he overcorrected and came all the way back onto the shoulder on the opposite side of the road where he overturned.
