If an employee is misbehaving, an employer can establish rules to stop that. If they're not qualified for the job, you don't have to hire them.

The reason why in construction it's particularly important is because it's very difficult for employees to be able to communicate with anybody off site. If it weren't so ridiculously difficult, under the current laws, for workers to get together to form unions, it wouldn't be as necessary as it is because the laws are stacked against workers.

I challenge us to look hard at funding this pension however we need to do it.
