There's nothing like a personal story to bring home how important the work is that you do. It's easy for me to say you do a great job, but if a patient, a family member comes back and says you made a difference, there's nothing like that.

Nurses are with patients 10-12 hours per day giving old-fashioned care. This is a chance to say thank you to them.

They have glassed sliding doors. That affords privacy for the patient as well as allows for a crying child to be isolated or if an adult becomes upset, allows privacy for them as well.
