[Dr. Rushworth Kidder] was exactly what we were going for. We wanted someone dynamic. He told a story, which is a lot better than just preaching, and we were very pleased.

Secretary McHale had a very militant message, which provided some interesting insight, especially for the civilians.

Leadership: that's what we learn here at USNA. Our goal is to teach people how to motivate whomever they're leading to do the right thing. Leaders of the future must have a strong moral foundation.

I didn't hear a single negative comment. All the feedback was positive.

What we were hoping for was to help the delegates better define who they're going to be as leaders. We all got something from Coleen Rowley, whether we personally agreed with (what she said) or not.
