As a team, we had a good day. I like to think of the first three meets as 'let's start figuring out the outdoor season,' but I saw some good things from guys.

Nick performed very well. This is his fifth conference title in a row. To win both the 3k and the 5k is awesome and being selected as the track athlete of the meet is a tremendous honor.

We spent the last couple of weeks getting everything in order, checking out the equipment and the timing system. So, I think we're all set. I think everything is in great condition and we're ready to go.

We feel very good about the team we're bringing to nationals. Our goal is to be a top four team in the country and I'd say we're right in the hunt for that.

They put up some good marks there for people to work at.

I e-mailed him that the UW-systems were accepting people who've been displaced and you could come over to Oshkosh and be my assistant. This is at least keeping him involved in the idea of getting to medical school.
