Oh for a book and a shady nook...

She's done a lot of post work, and it's paying off. She's worked really hard at getting herself in good shape, and she's being successful at both ends of the court.

She's obviously the equalizer against anyone who plays us. She's so steady, she's the foundation for us. She keeps us under control.

Looking at their roster, it looks like we're a little more seasoned. I think they're starting four juniors. Hopefully our seniors and depth will carry us. It could be the difference.

They're awesome. Now we need to find out what they like to do.

In the medley relay and coming out of the second heat we really had no competition to get pushed. Besides that, setting a time that put us into states was really the key thing there.

They play great defense, a great match-up zone. They put pressure on the ball. And they have two outstanding sisters. If it's not one of them doing something, it's the other one.
