The voting process was a joke. It was a play by Dr. Stafford to get the highest possible increase. There was essentially no debate.

We rode around the bank a few times to see how things looked. We wanted to see when there would be less people in the parking lot.

He's just a kid trying to make a play. Was it a great decision? No, but he's made a lot of plays for us. We are not going to fault him for that one.

We were both mad we didn't get any money.

I don't think their argument is frivolous or in bad faith, but I don't think it's a good long-term interpretation of what's in the bylaws.

We're not dwelling on that. We're focusing on who we have and what we can do to make us better.

I think a lot of students don't want to give up their high-school experience. They are involved, entrenched in activities. But we tend to get some pretty high-performing students who don't have a lot of ties.

It all starts with their front. And they have a great running back [Cameron Smith]. He makes them that much better. And [if] you take the running back out of it, they've got a great quarterback. They're clicking right now. They're a well-oiled machine.
