We have a team that is aggressive and likes to go get it. We have been like that all year and in fact the last couple of years. The guys showed some awesome hustle out there tonight.

There are tough rules to qualify (for the home office deduction), ... but they can be tax-deductible.

There have been rumors of irregularities, serious problems with the activities of the Board of Assessors, ... I'm hoping they will get to the bottom of this.

They'll go to H&R Block at the beginning of April and they haven't planned over the year for the deductions they can take, so they can't take them. There are an awful lot of rules to learn. They don't think about business travel and business car use.
