Some of the upscale retailers and those who sold electronics were way up - some 30 percent. Some of the traditional department stores and low-end department stores may not have even made 5 percent. The week before Christmas may have made the difference for us (in Georgia).

It really starts us on a cycle of growth that runs through December. It's amazing. We have a stronger fall season than before (the sales tax holiday) was put in place.

What we see is the people who really advertise and stock well for the holidays did really well.

So, it's a win-win for the consumer, a win-win for the state and also a win-win for the retailers. We hope that gets reauthorized.
