"John Dee" was a mathematics/mathematician, astronomy/astronomer, astrology/astrologer, occultism/occult philosopher, imperialist and adviser to Elizabeth I of England/Queen Elizabeth I. He devoted much of his life to the study of alchemy, divination and Hermeticism/Hermetic philosophy.

Dee straddled the worlds of science and magic (paranormal)/magic just as they were becoming distinguishable. One of the most learned men of his age, he had been invited to lecture on advanced algebra at the University of Paris while still in his early twenties. Dee was an ardent promoter of mathematics and a respected astronomer, as well as a leading expert in navigation, having trained many of those who would conduct England's Age of Exploration#Northern European involvement/voyages of discovery.

The mid-section of the nation might start to cool to at least average levels by the weekend and into next week. The Northeast U.S. may also eventually join in.

The message is that all things are connected. We have animal aspects, anthropological aspects, plant-animal aspects.

Just about all of the U.S. looks to see below-average temperatures dominate things for the next five to seven days at least. It's late in the heating season so the actual demand for heat, while being above average, will not be too excessive.

As we head through the weekend and first half of next week, it looks like above average temperatures will dominate things across the eastern half to two-thirds of the nation. Readings will not be way above average, but warm enough to keep any heating demand very limited.

The big Northeast coastal snowstorm is over and temperatures actually look to warm to above average by the second half of this week.
