When the public really is going to react to this is if we can get through the legislative process. And we don't feel it's worth going too far with it right now because we don't know what will happen at the legislature.
The level of commitment and degree of responsibility that people took changed dramatically. What it's about is that the people who actually create the wealth share the wealth.
If the people who make the decisions are the people who will also bear the consequences of those decisions, perhaps better decisions will result.
It's kind of a mess, and they wanted some fix. This would be a good fix.
