"Joseph Frank Walton" (born December 15, 1935) is a former American football player and coach who most recently served as the head football coach at Robert Morris University. Walton played eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL) and served as head coach of the New York Jets for seven seasons. He has also served as an assistant coach for several NFL teams.

Drew really reminds me a lot of Richard Todd. Richard could make a great play one minute, then throw a bad pass the next. Drew is like that. He has a lot of talent but you don't know what you're going to get a lot of times from one quarter to the next or even one play to the next.

Drew has an extremely strong arm. When he has protection and is playing well, you can see what he is capable of. Hopefully, he will do that on a consistent basis this season.

He has a lot of talent and he showed that last year. He is capable of doing even better this season. What he has to do is be consistent week in and week out. He has to keep his concentration. You need the quarterback to be the leader on offense, the guy you can count on.
