"Joseph Charles Fields, Jr." is a former professional American football Center (American football)/center and Guard (American football)/guard in the National Football League for the New York Jets and the New York Giants. He played college football at Widener College and was drafted in the fourteenth round of the 1975 NFL Draft. Fields was a two-time Pro Bowl selection during the 1981 and 1982 seasons.
