To think you have to get to the pension board meetings early, it just goes to show what a circus the city has become.

As written, the voters will not have any authority over decisions like those made by past City Councils to shortchange the pension system.

Every dollar spent on these campaign promises, on these two ballot measures, is another dollar that could be spent on a true solution to some of the city's real problems, to the deficit, to the potholes, to park maintenance.
