He wasn't allowed to go anywhere one day, so he ran circles in an empty lot at his house. He just ran around and around. That's the type of thing that allowed him to be as good as he got.

This was pretty good for our first home meet. They ran enough to beat the competition. This was kind of like a workout for us.
