We need to step it up on (the defensive) end. That's where we've been slacking it up a little. We've got to pick it up and come out with intensity at the beginning of the game. That's where our improvement needs to work at. We need to get better as a team with communication, transition and stuff like that.

Alex is a good player. He's one of the go-to guys. We've just got to give him the ball whenever he's hot.
