"Jeremiah Trotter" is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Stephen F. Austin State University#Athletics/Stephen F. Austin State University.

Trotter is one of just four linebackers in Eagles history to earn four or more Pro Bowl invitations, joining Hall of Fame members Chuck Bednarik, Maxie Baughan and Bill Bergey in that select group. Trotter has also been a member of the Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Our expectations were so high coming in, and, just the way everything went down, it was a big blow to us.
