We're reaching this point of the chicken and the egg; we want people to buy vehicles that use E85, but there's not a station to buy it near Des Moines.

The bottom line is any new discoveries made at the regent universities, we want to do our best to make sure the dollars generated from them remain in Iowa.

This is a priority for the administration.

Obviously, we want to see more dollars put to early childhood education and . . . teacher salaries. He looks forward to working the differences out.

We will continue to track the numbers and pay close attention. If there needs to be legislative action, or if the governor sees a need, he will certainly do everything in his power to make sure that folks who are traveling in Iowa are safe.
