He's pushed skating more than anyone I can think of. His consistency is incredible.

I just realized how we all are really quite similar. We're just normal people going for abnormal things.

I won, so it was a championship skate. It wasn't perfect, but last year at Canadians I had one of my best skates and then I had a lackluster performance in the long at worlds. I feel better knowing there's still room for improvement.

That was a big mistake and I'll just have to come back from it and learn from it. I think what happened is I took the lutz for granted and I wasn't focusing.

I think we can both feel good about what we did. Last year (in London), we both did a good long and that's it. This year, we each had three solid skates. I know I'm happy with what I did.

Where we lack (Olympic) experience, we'll make up for it in support. I've talked to Brian Orser, Elvis Stojko and Kurt Browning for my preparation.

Being on the podium with him is an honor. This (bronze) means more than a silver without him.

I'm proud of myself. Sadly I slipped and fell down. The rest was good. It was the best you can ask for.
