We're crunched for time. As an AD I had an obligation to try to get the best facility possible to play on so our kids could continue to participate. Hebert Field allows us to do that.

The guy is relentless when it comes to his work ethic. He's the first person in the parking lot in the morning, and sometimes the last one out. That level of dedication for what coaches get paid is remarkable.

Going out each day, we take every team the same as we've taken teams in the past. Every game is important, because it's our next game. That's what we believe.
